The activated biocarbons produced from olive pomace by combined physical and chemical activation showed considerable promise for flue gas carbon capture applications. The CO 2 adsorption equal to 2.63 mmol/g at the pressure of 1 bar and the temperature of 0 ☌ was achieved. The values of the specific surface area, of the prepared activated carbons, determined by means of N 2 adsorption measurements were between 5 and 600 m 2/g. The characterization of the activated biocarbon samples was carried out via several instrumental techniques such as TGA, XRD, FTIR, Raman, and N 2 sorption at the temperature of 77 K. We call them. This study aims to produce three kinds of activated biocarbon prepared from lignocellulosic biomass - olive pomace – by thermochemical treatment by steam, K 2CO 3, and simultaneous steam and K 2CO 3 at the temperature of 600 ☌. We implemented mental fortitude routines. What that will do is that will set the tempo and press the agenda for the day, whether it be in the training or the competition environment. I want them to get to a place where when they don't perform a habit, practice or ritual that we've designed, for example an AM or a PM ritual, by creating incredibly uncomfortable. The second thing is that we have to create a series of habits, practices, and rituals that they perform on a daily basis. Based on the attitude, it will determine how you see others and how others see you and it plays such a big role. My responsibility is to ensure that they bring the right attitude so that they'll have the right perspective. The most important factor is it's going to start with their attitude. When you're working with the athlete that's on the long grind to get to a honed edge, what do you do to help them keep their mindset? Having mindset and keeping a mindset are two distinct skillsets. I’ve got kids and I try to coach my kids and they're older. Maybe years ago, the mindset wasn't that much of a buzzword. They've got to bring the right mindset every single day, especially in the competitive environment. They've got to have excellent footwork, but more than that, they have to have the right mindset. I think of figure skaters and boxers, they both got to move on their feet or bad things happen. I've had a chance to work with athletes in the National Football League, senior level of figure skaters, USA track and field, and the World Boxing Organization.
